LyfeRadio uses essential cookies and small browser-storage preferences. It does not require advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Essential session cookie
The configured LyfeRadio session cookie keeps you signed in, protects forms against cross-site request forgery, and carries essential account state. It is HTTP-only, SameSite=Lax, and Secure in production.
Remember-me cookie
If you choose “Remember me,” a separate cookie contains a random selector and validator. The server stores only a hash of the validator. It expires after the configured remember period or when revoked.
How long storage lasts
The session cookie normally lasts for the browser session. The optional remember-me cookie lasts for the configured remember period—30 days by default—unless you sign out, change your password, or revoke remembered access. Player preferences remain until you clear site data.
Local storage
Your browser may store lyferadio.volume, lyferadio.muted, and lyferadio.playerCollapsed so the player remembers its presentation and audio preferences. These values stay in your browser and are not advertising identifiers.
Controlling storage
You can clear cookies and site data through your browser. Removing essential cookies signs you out; clearing local storage resets player preferences. Because only essential and user-requested storage is used, LyfeRadio does not display a cosmetic consent banner.
