Rights holders can ask LyfeRadio to review material they believe infringes their copyright or related rights.
Submitting a notice
Email contact@lyferadio.com with your name and contact details, identification of the protected work, the exact LyfeRadio URL or broadcast material at issue, the basis for your rights, and a good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized.
What happens next
We may request clarification, preserve relevant records, restrict material while reviewing it, notify the affected party, and take action appropriate to the evidence and applicable law. Knowingly false or misleading notices may cause harm and should not be submitted.
Responses and restoration
Affected users may provide evidence of authorization, ownership, licensing, or mistaken identification. Where appropriate and legally permitted, material may be restored after review. Repeat infringement or repeated misuse of LyfeRadio accounts may result in restrictions.
Account content
For profile images, biographies, or other listener-provided material, include the username and direct page URL. Security reports should use a separate subject line and should not include exploit details in public channels.
